Thank you for offering a discount to those who bring their own, reusable mugs! By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish, and it made me happy to see this waterfront cafe honoring the oceans and the island’s history by helping customers not trash it. We need more businesses like yours communicating and incentivizing a circular economy. Not ones that perpetuate the sale and normalization is single use plastics that end up in landfills, incinerators, and our oceans. I hope that more businesses on the island follow your lead! Because there is no point in creating trash in such a gorgeous ecological area. Thanks again!

A really lovely cafe on a beautiful island. The scones and cakes are all home made and delicious. The coffee is really good. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area. I would highly recommend going there for a morning coffee and fresh scone with jam and cream or having a healthy lunch with so many home grown products on the menu.

Had an amazing Gran's chunky chicken broth with all homegrown veggies and homemade brown bread. A place with charm in spades and hearty, healthy and delicious food. Like the island itself, Inisheer, this is a precious place, steeped in stories, homely and full of taste.
